Hi, I'm Rebecca!

I’ve spent over 18 years teaching movement and helping people reconnect with their bodies. I hold a degree in Waldorf Education and completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Shakti Yoga in Woodstock, NY. Along the way, I’ve also earned certifications in Pilates, Barre, and Aquatics — and trained in Classical Mat, Reformer, and Trapeze/Cadillac Pilates with Balanced Body in California.

As part of the American Aerobics Association faculty, I get to train new instructors in both Cycling and Pilates, which I absolutely love. My classes are known for their musical flow, creative playlists, and for making Pilates accessible to every body — no matter your age, shape, or experience level.

Outside the studio, I’m a 9-time Ironman Triathlon finisher and even had the honor of racing with Team USA in Odense, Denmark in 2018. Whether I’m running local trails or climbing mountains like Kilimanjaro, I see movement as medicine — not just something we do, but a lifestyle that keeps us grounded, strong, and fully alive..
